    What insurance companies do you work with?
    We work with any and all insurance companies to provide the repairs and auto body services that you need. We completely understand the claims process, which allows us to provide unbeatable service.

    How will I get around without my car?
    If your repairs will take longer than the time you have to wait and your insurance provider doesn’t offer rental car service, we may be able to provide transportation to and from home or work. Please ask about this before scheduling repairs.

    How long do repairs take?
    This depends on the repairs that you’re having done. Our staff will coordinate your repair appointment and give you an estimate of the time it will take. However, those estimates are always subject to change.

    Who pays for the repairs?
    If you’re going through insurance, your insurance company will pay the amount that’s due after your deductible. However, without insurance, you’ll be footing the bill yourself.

    What if you find more damage while working on my car?
    This is called a supplement. The auto body services and repairs we do can only cover what’s on the estimate. However, we will reach out to your insurance company to obtain approval for additional repairs, which we’ll complete upon approval.

    What if I can’t get there during business hours?
    No problem! We offer an after-hours key-drop box. Just drop your keys and leave your vehicle locked, and our team will start on your repairs the next day.

    What if I need a rental vehicle?
    The insurance company covering the repairs should provide a rental vehicle for you, should your repairs require it. However, we’ll check with the insurance company to make sure this is the case.

    What warranties are available?
    Yes, we do a lifetime warranty on all auto body services and repairs as long as you own your vehicle.

    Should I make an appointment for my estimate?
    It’s not necessary since no work will actually be done. However, if it’s convenient for your, we’re more than happy to make an appointment to see you.

    How accurate is the estimate?
    Typically the estimate is the price you’ll pay for repairs. The estimate only changes when additional damage is found or the extent of the damage is worse than what was originally thought. We’ll communicate with your insurance company if the estimate or extent of the damage changes.

  • Fast and Friendly
    I have taken my vehicle to A & B twice for body work. Both times I was the victim of vandalism. The staff at A & B was friendly, knowledgable, and got by vehicle back to normal in no time.
    The work was excetional. I have a silver vehicle that I have been told is hard to match. They made my car look as good as new. I wanted to show my friend what a good job they did and I couldn't even find where the damaage was. A great problem to have! I highly recommend A & B for body work. They are the only place I will take my vehicles.

  • Had a couple thousand dollars worth of hail damage to a brand new vehicle. Took it to A&B and they got the car in quickly and had a rental waiting for me when I dropped it off. Very professional service and quick repair time. Car was repaired and cleaned before it was returned to me, looks flawless and I would recommend this shop to anyone interested.

  • Unfortunately for us we had 3 accidents the last 2 years, rear ended, deer hit and someone else backed into one of our cars. All repairs were done through insurance claims, so nothing paid out of pocket. All three were handled well, professional business and reliable service. Al is great about giving time line and expectations. They definitely are busy so expect 2-3 days at minimum for average repair time. The repairs required complete part swaps so the damages are of course not noticeable.
    They offer car rental option.
    Would not hesitate to go there again and definitely recommend these guys.

  • Recently had major hail damage repaired on our new car, with all the usual concerns about having a new car that now that has had big time body work done on it. I had my recently retired body man of 35 years recommend Al at A&B. Knowing how extremely particular he was, I couldn't believe there was another shop that I could trust. They took care of everything, no running to the State Farm claim center, no going to the rental co, just drop it off and pick it up when it was done ahead of schedule. The car is perfect, looks totally detailed. It s a shame that some customers give them bad reviews complaining about not doing additional work that is not covered just " to be nice", and not allowing them to make a few small problems right.   • I've had a run of bad luck the last year and a half, my Jeep was in three times for PDR work and my Honda twice for collision repair and once for PDR. The work is top notch. My Jeep is now 100% dent free and the Honda came back looking new. The quality of the repairs is far better than I have received at a different body shop in Belleville. The staff is great, fun to hang out with. They want you to be happy with their work before you sign off on it. I have never been disappointed.

  • I had a good drop-in experience here due to their friendly customer service.
    I started a 5-hour road trip and my car didn't sound quite right accelerating. They were near me so I swung by. Granted, they do body repair, but they didn't turn me away; instead they listened to me and took time out of their lunch break to help me. If I lived closer and needed their services, I'd definitely choose them.
